At Meridian Soccer, we adhere to a Player-centric Developmental Philosophy aligned with the Canadian Soccer Association's recommended Long
Term Player Development (LTPD) model, diverging from a Results-based Philosophy. While recognizing the importance of winning, our primary
focus lies on the individual player's development. This aligns with the Meridian Soccer Club Manual.

Continuous Evaluation

Our technical coaches at Meridian Soccer monitor all club players throughout the indoor season, extending their efforts to familiarize themselves
with all players during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

Formal Player Evaluations

The Travel Team Coach is required to be in place before all evaluations and attend and coach all training as per the outdoor schedule.

Meridian Soccer technical coaches will lead the evaluation process with the assistance of the travel team head coaches and assistants.
